Step 2 — Configure Columns
Tick the columns you'd like to balance across groups.
Each column was auto-detected. Change the type if needed, then choose:
Balance (spread evenly), Partition (keep values in separate pools), or Off.
Pool Configuration —
Assign each value to a pool. People in different pools will never be grouped together.
Step 4 — Constraints (optional)
Lock specific people to a group, or prevent certain pairs from being grouped together.
Lock to group
Pin people to a specific group. Generate first, then lock, then regenerate.
Generate groups first to enable locking.
